MISSION

We are looking for a Community Manager to help us develop our new followers / ambassadors community in new geographic areas (rest of Canada + US) and consolidate our community in QC. The Community Manager will alsoanimate the community with inspiring and engaging brand content.

Being an athlete or being part of the endurance sport community, such as running or triathlon, would be a strong asset to run the campaigns and join our #CricketPowered team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow the community on various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Strava)
• Grow the community on various geographical markets (QC, ON, BC, CA, OR, WA, VT, ME, NH)
• Grow the ambassador team with influential and inspiring endurance athletes
• Drive engagement within the community through inspiring content, challenge, and other marketing initiatives
• Drive qualified traffic on the website from Social Media platforms
• Implement new strategies to improve the sale funnel through social media

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• You are a leader driven by results
• You have knowledge in sport nutrition and endurance community
• You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• You have excellent writing skills
• You have a minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the sport industry and in community management
• You have a background in Sport Marketing
