The taste is great, I usually only go for the lime-flavoured drink mix because I don't really like the other flavours, but the pineapple Ginseng mix is now definitely part of my nutrition strategy. As for quality, I can drink these for over 40 hours without getting sick of the taste and without stomach issues. It has been a game-changer for my nutrition during ultras.

The drink tastes fruity and varied, surprisingly good, refreshing, slightly exotic, and not boring at all.

The lemon flavor is light and refreshing without being too sweet, which makes it pleasant even during longer sessions. The texture is soft enough to eat while running, not dry or crumbly, and sits very well in the stomach.
What I especially like is that it feels satisfying without being heavy, providing a steady source of energy on the go.
Overall, a convenient and tasty option for endurance sports, these have become my favorite waffles.
