Recipe - Cricket Powder Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad

This week's recipe is our delicious Cricket Powder Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad. This meal is tasty, healthy and nutritious, and you'll actually be excited to take the leftovers to school/work!

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small container cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups rotini, cooked
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp Näak cricket powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Brush the zucchini, red pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil. Grill the vegetables on the barbecue until they are tender and darkened.
  2. Cut the roasted vegetables into 1/2 inch pieces. Toss the pasta, vegetables, oil, vinegar, cricket powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
